Love you & Firefox, but THREE Firefox tabs at startup? Really?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there is a limit to the number of open tabs ANY browser may instance before RAM is eaten up and the CPU is straining at the unnecessary load. If this is so, then having Firefox automatically open THREE Firefox "blah-blah" tabs at startup is possibly the most thoughtless, inconsiderate developers'/marketers' brain-fart in Firefox history.

Which actually implies something significant about the history of the world's finest browser, but I didn't mean it as a compliment.
Remember, team, a significant percentage of your users <<clientele>> are NOT running with terrabytes on a SSHD; if it's superfluous, then it's probably a bad idea.

Chosen solution

Hi, Firefox is able to open multiple home pages with the URLs separated by a 'pipe' (|), so please see - How to set the home page, and in 'Home Page,' make sure that in addition to your home page URL, there isn't anything else (or any duplicates) - if there is, just delete it. (the Firefox start page is about:home but you may have set a different one, or the New Tab page is about:newtab).

If it's easier, you can just click on Restore to Default instead.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

OMG. I am dumbfounded. I need a moment to process this. Within an hour of posting my gripe, SCRIBE suggested the simple "Restore to Default" option, which was easy to locate and worked perfectly (upon restarting Firefox). One more example of what makes Firefox the #1 browser in the world. Thank you, Mozilla. Thank you, SCRIBE.
