I refreshed Firefox, and now several sites (Netflix, Mozilla, others) have NO HTML. When I tried to load a new Adobe Reader, I got a message that the encryption was not secure.

How do I fix these issues?

Click on the green Lock Button and go to "Protect deactivate" :D!

I cannot see ANY "Green Lock Button" on my Firefox page -- or any lock or anything green.

Where is it?

I also cannot access ANY video on Youtube, and I did install Java -- to no avail.

OK, later, I found a green lock on the Netflix site, but there is no place to Protect Deactivate. The only two options are Netflix Secure Connection and "Permissions" which has no dropdown.
