why do i have 2silhoutted icons in start bar when only one page window open with tabs?
THE MOZILLA WINDOW ICON IN START BAR IS SHOWING2 SQUARES,BUT IV ONLY 1WINDOW OPEN?WHEN I HOVER OVER ICON IS SHOWS ALL TABS CORRECTLY4ONLY1WINDOW?IT DOES THIS BY ITSELF?

Does the open window have two tabs in it? Firefox can either send Windows one thumbnail image per window or one thumbnail image for every tab. To check on that setting, open the Options page:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options
This should open the General panel. Toward the bottom, if the "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar" is checked, uncheck that to show only one thumbnail per window.
