Your directions for Blocking say to R click on address. I do that and there is NO "Create Filter From" on MY list! So I can't do anything. I am getting DOZENS of spam and awful junk and want to block it. I need better directions.

Chosen solution

1. In the message list pane (the list of messages you have received) click to select a message from the sender you wish to block. 2. Above the message list pane, to the right of the search bar, there is a three-bar symbol. Click on that to show the drop-down menu. 3. In that menu, go to 'Message': another drop-down menu appears. 4. In that menu, select 'create filter from message'. 5. Continue with the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/blocking-sender
