Hello,
Can you visit these websites below? They're just the IP-addresses of Google and Google UK. If they work, it's probably a DNS-server problem (we should be able to fix that). If they don't work, I'm afraid I have no idea what is causing your problem.

Hello,
To find the correct solution to your problem, we need some more information from you.
- What exactly happens when you try to navigate to google.co.uk?
- Do you get a "Server not found" message?
Thank you.
nothing the page just looks like its loading but nothing happens. If we have google as the search provider no searches work at all. If we try to navigate to google.co.uk or google.com nothing happens.
We can get to the google pages using IE11 and Chrome just not Firefox on the same PC.
Although, If I go to google.ca the website opens straight away.
The page just says connecting (but never loads)
Also, Ive tried reset firefox, start in safe mode, delete history and removed Mozilla directory in %appdata%

they work... but takes a long long while to open the page. Other browsers on the same PC get there in a couple of miliseconds. Its a strange one, because if I browse to google.ca then go to google.com or google.co.uk it gets there straight away... but as soon as i close the browser and open it again, takes ages getting to google, unless i do the above address changes.
Is it worth doing a remote session so you can see it for yourself ?
IPS scanning on firewall set to general policy.
Chenaged it to default policy and it is now working correctly. Thanks
Hello,
I think the issue has something to do with the DNS-server settings of your Firefox. Here's a trick you can try that may solve your problem.
- Type "about:config" in Firefox's address bar and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
- If you see a button "I'll be careful, I promise!", click it
- Right-click anywhere in the window, hover your mouse cursor on "New" and select "Integer."
- Type "network.dnsCacheExpiration" and click on the "OK" button.
- Type "0" and click on "OK."
- Restart Firefox .
If your problem is solved, you can ignore my previous answer.
