I use Wyse Z50D Thin Client which has FireFox version 28 included in the firmware. It does not use the Adobe Reader plugin. Is this secure?

No, Firefox 28 is NOT secure. Almost every vulnerability from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox/#firefox29 up are in Firefox 28.

You are posting that I should update my Thin Client, however the most recent update only provides FireFox 29. I have sent your posted Mozilla link to Wyse support. I am hoping they will take it to heart and provide a fix.
