I've been locked out of my Yahoo Mail account and can't get in because the phone number on file is not currently active.

Firefox is blocking me out of my Yahoo Mail account. It is asking me for verification of identity by offering to send an SMS or voice mail to my American cell phone which is not currently active because I am in Spain. Can yu help me?

Sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you. You have to contact them to get this sorted out. Always remember to check your profiles everywhere you have one and keep it up to date.

Interesting, I contacted Yahoo and they said the block was put on by Firefox.

The only way that Firefox would block a site is if you set the block. Or, there is a security issue. Check your add-ons and anti-virus (and other such programs) for such a block.

What exactly is the error? Please post a screen shot.

In order to better assist you with your issue please provide us with a screenshot. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift (Mac Options) > key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
