If you want to report cable theft, will private browsing help to remain anonymous?

I know someone who owes a large bill with a cable company and his service was shut off. He says (to one of my coworkers) that he won't and never will pay his bill. However, when he tells my friend he has to go, he says he wants to watch the news....lol! If he is reported for cable theft, can the person doing it remain anonymous by using private browsing? My friend is worried that the cable company will have some type of tracking on her ISP to be able to find out where the report of cable theft is coming from. Thank You!

No, private browsing only means that Firefox doesn't any session data to the hard drive on your computer. It doesn't make you anonymous in any way.
