Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:

• Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.

OR

• Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
• Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

hello, this looks like no css stylesheets are ebing applied (or they are being blocked). please try the "Reset the page style" section from Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should (or otherwise go through the other steps as well)

Note that if you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
