How can i change bookmarks menu so it will close after choosing. Ive searched and only found option to stay open, (Option to not close menu when opening new tab)... Not what im wanting, I want to open bookmarks choose and have it auto close the side bar of bookmarks. Maybe even auto closing the link folders opened. Windows 11.

What are the step-to-step instructions in order to use Free VPN? (see attached image) I did a query on the web and it came back stating that Firefox VPN was not free. I am confused. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Two weeks ago I started getting popups telling me to use tab groups (pic below). I have no settings governing tab groups, I did not update Firefox, I didn't enable or change anything.

How to I turn this off?

I wanted to try the new split screen feature. The guide says you need the latest version 149. When I check 'About Firefox' it says I have version 140.9 but it also says 'Firefox up-to-date'. Could you advise how I can update to latest version 149 please?

Running Firefox in Kinoite - whenever I set a page to Reader view it is blank.

I have restarted in troubleshooting mode and it works, so I followed all the steps to try to identify what the problem is but nothing has worked.

I tried:

- Troubleshooting mode - worked - Disabling hardware acceleration - did not work - Disabled all extensions - did not work - Switched to default theme - did not work

Anyone any ideas?

As of today, every single time I try to download something, Firefox instantly cancels it and I'm not sure what the issue is. I've disabled adblock and Malwarebytes and refresh Firefox—same issue. Hitting retry from the download panel works but I can't figure out why the first download attempt is always cancelling, even if it's the same file. I'm not even downloading big files.

Whenever I launch a YouTube video, It starts then the whole page freezes. No links work and no menus shows up when I click my mouse. I can do nothing to get the video to unfreeze. All I ca do is close the window.

I'm stuck in an endless loop in Firefox for Linux (MX Linux) whenever Cloudflare is used as security.

I click "verify you are human" and it just loops back to the very same challenge. It isn't broken in other web browsers like Vivaldi for Linux. Or Firefox in Windows 11. Just Firefox for Linux.

It has been this way for months.

I recently refreshed my FF installation. Before I did that I had configured my tab settings to always display the x icon (close tab) in all active tabs. After the refresh, the x icon is gone for all tabs.

I cannot remember what I did to get them to display originally. I've tried to do this in the userchrome.css file. But it didn't work. Let me know if you have a solution.
