I am unable to press new tab or even use Command T to open a new Tab. The New Tab button seems greyed out as if I've hit the limit for tabs, but I don't have too many tabs open. Not even the keyboard shortcut is working which quite surprising. I am able to create new tabs if I open a new window, so I am not completely unable to create new tabs, but i was just curious as to why this might be happening to my current window.

You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

Assigning to a server for VPN takes unusual long - many server seem not to be available; new cities are shown, which I never saw before if I sign up for Amsterdam - my browser shows Teheran this is strange what should I do?

When I open a session on MacOs I have full access to Firefox and Passwrods. That is not a protection good enough for me How can I stop this ? Should I disconnect from Firefox before closing the Mac Session ?

I have webpage (Home Assistant instance) on my local network on which I would like to use microphone (for Assistant functionality). Page is completely local, i.e. not visible from Internet. My issue is I can't force Firefox to allow microphone access on this page. I've tried messing with media.devices.insecure.enabled config, but it didn't help. Is there any way to add such page to some whitelist to allow microphone access? From what I gathered Chromium-based browser provides "--unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure=..." option but I didn't find anything similar for Firefox. I know I could expose my server to outside network and get SSL certificate (from Lets Encrypt) to make it work, but exposing server to Internet just to get local microphone access somehow doesn't feel like a more secure solution. I could probably also issue self-singed certificate but dealing with that also seems at least annoying.

Hello, For about two or three days now, when I launch Firefox and try to open any website, it takes maybe one minute to load the page, then the navigation is OK on every website.

It only happens when I launch Firefox for the first time of my session. If I close it then relaunch it, it's still very swift.

I tried clear cache and remove cookies, just lost my logins lol but didn't work. I also tried with no extensions, nothing changed. Lastly I tried to set "network.captive-portal-service.enabled" to "false" in "about:config" but it didn't change anything neither.

So before I try anything else that could erase something on my profile, I'd rather ask here for some help :)

PS: running FF 153.0.4 on Debian Trixie with Mozilla repos. Only have two extensions: µblockOrigin and NoScript.

Recently I had to install a new windows, and I signed in to my Firefox account and found all the data from the previous windows including the open tabs, I could find them from "Tabs from other devices".

But now can't find them any more, although that device name is still there in my account page, under " connected services", please advise.

Using Mozilla as my browser, I print from my Lenovo laptop to my HP Office Jet 8025e printer. The headers and footers have disappeared. The "print Header/Footer" is checked in the printer settings, but they do NOT print. This change has occurred during the last couple of weeks, perhaps as the result of an update. It seems that checking or unchecking that box makes no difference now. Same result regards...no Headers or Footers. Please advise.

For whatever reason when on the front page of YouTube, this magenta border will flash on and off around the top header as well as the button elements, I have no idea if this is Firefox or yt, but I've tried everything, on YouTube, I've tried fixing it in troubleshooting, code, accessibility, restarting browser and computer, randomly removing extensions. Nothing is stopping it. It briefly tried doing it on a different site but stopped on it's own, it's only effecting YouTube and Firefox

NEW NOTE; THIS is actually occuring on other websites now, specifically the Mozilla mdn page I looked at to glance and see if I could figure this out myself. So far still can't fix it

recently i've created a html backup file in zen browser. and when i choose it in the settings menu on another device it says "This file isn’t working. Try picking a different file."

i am experiencing an issue with firefox where backup (Firefox Backup) is not working since version 148.0

problem: - when I try to create a backup, i get the error: “Hmm, there was a problem with the backup. Please try again in a few minutes.”

what I have already tried: - enabled and disabled backup password - changed the backup folder/location - cleared browser cache - tested across multiple updates (issue persists)

- backup is enabled, but I cannot create one - the error occurs every time - restarting the browser and system did not help

Previously all my tabs would launch when I opened Firefox. Recently it has stopped doing so. Only one tab opens. All the other tabs I use frequently do not open. Why is this? How do I have all my tabs open when I open Firefox
