Using Mozilla as my browser, I print from my Lenovo laptop to my HP Office Jet 8025e printer. The headers and footers have disappeared. The "print Header/Footer" is checked in the printer settings, but they do NOT print. This change has occurred during the last couple of weeks, perhaps as the result of an update. It seems that checking or unchecking that box makes no difference now. Same result regards...no Headers or Footers. Please advise.

Hello, For about two or three days now, when I launch Firefox and try to open any website, it takes maybe one minute to load the page, then the navigation is OK on every website.

It only happens when I launch Firefox for the first time of my session. If I close it then relaunch it, it's still very swift.

I tried clear cache and remove cookies, just lost my logins lol but didn't work. I also tried with no extensions, nothing changed. Lastly I tried to set "network.captive-portal-service.enabled" to "false" in "about:config" but it didn't change anything neither.

So before I try anything else that could erase something on my profile, I'd rather ask here for some help :)

PS: running FF 153.0.4 on Debian Trixie with Mozilla repos. Only have two extensions: µblockOrigin and NoScript.

I use a paid for subscription to Gemini AI. It often creates "visuals" for me apparently using JSON code. These do not show up at all. Moreover, the buttoms and other UI controls do not display well in Firefox. Is there a way to fix this?

when i go to my website on firefox it says "Secure Connection Failed" but it loads fine on safari. i've never seen it do this before. Is this a firefox issue?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

When I look at the mozilla account, there is no email address listed. But, I get email when signing in (with a pass code etc). I see no way to change that email address. Is there? And, where would I find it displayed?

I couldn't see password management page. To be specific, I click the "password" option in the top right corner lists. Normally it will show all the website that firefox saved, but now I couldn't see anything except frame. I will upload the interfance that I see. this problem happend since an update. And problem contines after several patches. The firefox version that I use is "153.0.3(64-bit)" please help!

I would like to help with small projects but I am not in the same universe as you probably live because I was born a long time ago and most of this is over my head, however, like any animal, I can learn. Is there anything for someone like me? Simple stuff? And this may be against the rules but I didn't see how to donate monthly? Thank you

You are doing this not for the first time, it happens regularly with websites that do not conform to what you would consider Mainstream! THis is not the sites fault. YOU ARE CENSORING ON PURPOSE: IF YOU WOULD NOT; YOU COULD SIMPLY ADD A BUTTON for every site THAT ALLOWS USERS TO OVERRIDE YOUR OPINIONS: WHY IS THAT NOT HAPPENBING? Why can the user not override your decision? Has anyone ever asked you for "help" like that?

No Matter what i do Firefox will NOT connect to techsmith.com i need to update my software it will not let me connect i'm on windows 10 desktop i have been trying for over 4 hrs disabling firewall , proxy's removing exceptions and puttting exemption of this site NOTHING will work i can connect to any other site in world accept this one i am at a complete loss... all my software win10 is up to date PLEASE HELP!

Firefox browser opening and closing on it's own, rapidly opening multiple windows at once, over the top of all other open pages on my computer. I've restarted my computer, run a virus scan, cleaned my keyboard (no stuck keys), unplugged all extra things (web cam, mouse), nothing seems to work. I use Chrome and Firefox simultaneously for different things, and have never had an issue before.

I run normal firefox on linux. Fully up-to-date. Every time I quit the app, it reverts to a version of my profile from a month ago, and loads all the tabs I had open then, and then receives all the tabs that I sent to the device in the interim (~1 month). As I speak, it just caught the 60 or 70 tabs in this window.

I tried changing the name of my profile folder to randomstring.defaultOLD and changed one of the backups to randomstring.default. This didn't change the behavior. I'm still stuck in the loop. I saved my tabs with onetab, because firefox isn't remembering my session anymore. I thought it was something to do with updates, like it only loses its mind upon updates, but that's not true. It thinks it's updating firefox EVERY TIME, because the one time it's loading to 1 month ago it was updating, but I'm 100% sure there are no updates to firefox in my linux. It's just hallucinating.

The articles on restoring from backup are outdated. They say to use an html file. There is no html file. It's just folders for profiles, not html files. HELP!

When I have video playing in Firefox's PIP window (ex: YT) and when I enter full-screen mode in browser, the windows 11 taskbar does not disappear.

It works normally when there is no PIP window.

I discovered tab grouping and find it moderately useful. There was an update, now I cannot group and tabs. They simply will not. Spent a few hours with ChatGPT trying a range of things. Al settings are right for tag grouping, but it simply does not happen.

Can not change default Firefox home page in settings. I am 78 years old & know nothing about computers. Thank You

I AM USING A samsung SMT-810 tablet which is beyond Samsung EOL for OS updates, more and mor apps update and then stop working, What version of firefox should I be running for best compatibility or are there other solutions?

Since you did an update of Firefox I am no longer able to access Yahoo or my Yahoo email which is my primary email Can this be fixed? If not I have no use for Firefox anymore. I have attached a pic of the message I get when trying to access Yahoo.

How do I make "other bookmarks" show up on the bookmarks menu? (Not the toolbar, thanks).

Basically for me, the bookmarks toolbar is just too much valuable real estate in the window. I keep it turned off. Until a year or two ago I could access "other bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu -- in fact I still can at my wife's home computer. (Oddly, she keeps the bookmarks toolbar turned on, so if I needed to get to other bookmarks at home it wouldn't be much trouble anyway.) I've hunted around on the internet and found nothing but advice on how to use "other bookmarks" on the toolbar, which is what I'm trying to avoid. A helpful AI (hahahahaha) suggested that turning the "OB" off on the toolbar would leave me "still" able to access them on the menu, but that didn't change anything on the menu.
