Andrew-thanks for your prompt response. I had backed up my old laptops' Win 7 Firefox and TB to network drive, couldn't get it to restore to my new 8.1. THEN I installed both TB and Firefox on new system, tried restore, worked PERFECTLY! Did not have to change anything, was just like I was at my old system. I guess you can close this issue, mark the resolution:"Loose nut on the keyboard"..LOL. Man, do I feel stupid!! Thanks again
