Hey,

Thanks for your kind feedback about Firefox! I'm not quite sure, however, what you are trying to say - do you want to visit the Facebook mobile site on Firefox, or stop visiting the FB mobile site and get the desktop page?

Thanks!

Curtis

hello abdulhakim786, thanks for the illustrative screenshots. unfortunately the difference is caused server-side. facebook is sniffing which browser you are using and is serving you another version of the page for firefox, than with chrome.

in order to work around that, you'd need to change the useragent in firefox (that's the piece of information that a browser sends to websites to identify its version) to imposter that of chrome. you can use an addon like https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ua-site-switch/ to do that for a single website. the fake useragent you have to use, so that firefox looks like chrome for m.facebook.com is:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/31.0.1650.16 Safari/537.36

ok, then it looks like facebook has only optimized this version of their site for webkit browsers and has put the browser detection thing that shows you the basic version when you're using firefox in place for a reason. unfortunately then there won't be a solution until facebook fixes their site...
