how do I know if someone has snyced an account with me and I didn't authorize it ?

I feel as though my accounts on my phone have been snyced and I don't know with whom. but I notice a lot very weird things that I feel should not be happening.

Hello,

If you think someone may have accessed your sync account you should reset/change your password.

Tools>Options>Sync tab> Manage account > Change Password.

You will need to enter the new password on your devices but any other unknown devices cannot connect.
