Can not use Firefox when connecting with electronic ID (bank-ID) at my bank, works with other programs .

Using Win 7 (64) Firefox 15.0.1 Module (bankid): Nexus Personal 4.19.1.11690 (updated april 17 2012) My electronic certifikat is on my card and I use NCR1 (from ToDos Data System) as cardholder and keypad NCR1-software from 2007 but it's the latest. Worked brilliantly, but after every Firefox update I need to remove Nexus and reinstall it. I got used to enter my pin twice but now it just repeat itself and doesn't log in.

Nordea, my bank, say it should work with Firefox, but they heard that many have to enter their pin twice. Nothing like that on Crome + ie, they work fine.

Hi,

As a safe test you can try to load/install Nexus on a new Firefox profile via Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > Encryption > Security Devices > Load and Browse. You can then select it on the left and try to Log In (on the right). This would ensure that your current profile, settings etc. aren't changed in any way, and you can later delete this newly created profile.

Thanks for the answer! Thats a good way for testing. I tried but it didn't work. Nexus was ready and my card logged in automaticly when I put it in.
