Frequently crashed, takes forever to load history, bookmarks

When it runs, it runs fine.

However, on start-up its a 50/50 chance that it will work. It takes forever to open up my bookmarks or history, often it will hang and give me the option to Wait etc.

I've tried reinstalling, running without addons. Disabling all non-essential apps in the background and still I have issues.

This is via WiFi and Data, I have tested another browser to see if there was a connection issue but it is fine.

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
