Are you using Adblock Plus? I was able to view the weather videos only after disabling Adblock Plus for that page.

Yes I have Adblock Plus with Easylist filter list and after disabling I'm able to view the weather.com videos. It's there a way to find out which filter is blocking weather.com videos?

I did not find any easy way to find that out. If you get the extension View Dependencies (which shows a list of files that are loaded with a web page), you could see which javascripts are being blocked (they show as greyed out). Noting the addresses of those javascripts might give you an idea what filters are blocking them if you do a search in the filter list for their hostnames.
