It looks like you are still on an out-dated version of Firefox (3.6.27). The latest version is Firefox 12.

Try going to www.getfirefox.com, and downloading and installing the newest version of Firefox from there.

If that does not work, or you need more help, try reading Update Firefox to the latest release

Firefox 3.6.28 is the last of that older version of Firefox.
