Firefox crashes
Hi firefox stalls on start up and pc crashes no report available. I have removed firefox, closed down restartted and reinstalled a fresh download 3 times and the same problem exists. I have tried starting in safe mode with the same result. Can you help as firefox was my browser of choice for the past few years. Best regards Stewart

Hey Stewart,
Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
There is also a lot of useful stuff in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) Knowledge Base article.

I have tried starting in safe mode with the same result. Taken a look at knowledge base and don't see any appropriate action to remedy the situation. But I am a bit of a tech numpty Stewart
