I can't install add-ons from the official mozilla add-ons website. I click on 'add to firefox' and nothing happens! Help!?

Hi,

Please check if a green colored icon is added to the left of the website icon in the location/address bar after you click Add to Firefox. If it appears, click on it, check the message and select the desired action.

Another reason could be that an extension could be blocking Javascript or other website functionality.

I tried doing what you said. Nothing happens! I reinstalled firefox but still it didn't work!

But I then checked the setting for Mozilla Corporation (US). It had disabled the installation of add-ons by default. Thanks a ton! (Y)
