Roboform toolbar missing after FF upgrade. Instructions to fix fail.

A few days ago, I got a message that there was a FF update, so I allowed the upgrade. Immediately afterwards, my Roboform toolbar was missing. I came here and found the article about the screw-up with add-ons. I followed the instructions, which said to upgrade again. I was told that I already have the latest release.
