I have firefox 6 installed on my desktop & laptop. It synced my bookmarks correctly to the laptop, but I acutally want to go from the laptop to the desktop. What do I do?

Firefox sync should be bi-directional, meaning that all your bookmarks on your lappy copy themselves to your desktop and vice-versa - try waiting a bit, and pressing the Sync Now button in the Firefox menu a few times.
