I am having a problem with Site Manger program after the last update for 6.0. I had to downgrade to 5.0.

Hi, I have been using Firefox for a long time with no problems. Recently when I had the latest upgrade for 6.0 I starting having a problem with an important program I use. It is a web editing program called Site Manager. I can't see my tools. When I reverted back to 5.0 it works fine. I am concerned since after downgrading to 5.0 FireFox notify me that they urge me to use 6.0. Please help.
