firefox won't download onto my computer - I can't get the install wizard to run

Are you saving the Firefox setup file and then trying to install Firefox?
Or trying to install Firefox from the download window in IE?

trying to download the file from the mozilla website --

Run Run Then I never get any setup wizzard, everything just stops ??
