Thunderbird 155.0.1 (Meadow Release) Message Send Disabled
In today's release (Meadow), the "send message" feature is disabled in both the command and the GUI.

Clicking on the "Send" button does not open a send window showing the send progress. The "Send" button appears as it does in the screenshot. No error is produced.
Send works fine in troubleshooting mode.

The MailMerge add-on is the issue. Disabled it; now the send functionality is restored.
