Thunderbird mobile not auto completing mail addresses.
When composing an email Thunderbird mobile Android does not auto complete mail addresses in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields. I have to manually copy and paste them.

Auto completion and lookup is available for email addresses you've stored in your default Android contacts app such as Google contacts. You need to grant the app permission to read from your contacts before the feature is visible. This is an alternative to manual copy and paste. See below screen shots.
The app doesn't provide auto completion by scraping addresses from emails stored in the app.
The community has requested a similar feature on Mozilla connect. You can show your support by voting for the idea, which I've linked below. Alternately you can add any ideas of your own.
Thank you, changing the permission for the app allowed access to my contact list to auto-complete recipient email addresses. I strongly agree that ideally Thunderbird for Android would also access email addresses of all recipients and senders for autocompleting recipient emails, and not just contacts.
