I use ccleaner to run regular cleans on my computer. Noticed after running it today that my history wasn't deleted. I tried manual delete to see if it was a ccleaner but and still no deletion. I turned of history sync in my profile, also checked that permanent incognito mode is not turned on. Last resort I uninstalled and re-installed (twice, once using REVO) yet all of my history is still there. Any thoughts? My browser, OS and drivers are fully updated.
