What error messages are you getting? Please provide a screenshot. Is this an IMAP account?

I am not getting any error message, its just the emails stopped coming through on PC 1/1/25 although they are still coming through on my samsung phone and tablet

Is this an IMAP account? It seems that your description of the problem demands this. Is the email server one that requires giving permissions online for Third Party software? Has this been done? Are you using TB on the Phone and Tablet mentioned?

Happened to me once turned out my Thunderbird account settings got messed up after an update. Check if your incoming server settings (IMAP/POP) are still correct. Also maybe your antivirus or firewall is blocking it now.
