Tbird can't write to mailbox

Updated Windows 10 on 4/19. After update Tbird displayed: Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox. Checked permissions on the mailbox folder=OK. Deleted a bunch of old emails=same result. Uninstalled Win 19 update=same result. HELP!

Just checked your database of solutions and turned off AVG email checking. Was able to access unread emails. Please cancel my previous query. Thank you
