secure connection failed issue. Happens with 3 different browsers but only on one computer. Access is not an issue on 3 other computers on the same network or my phone which is also running Firefox.

The fact it happens 3 different browser on one computer would indicate that computer has issues with the connection or security software is causing the connection issue. One needs to relook at that computer security and connection issue.
