How can I create new, additional mailboxes on iPad?

I’ve tried doing so through Mailbox > Edit > New Mailbox > Name > Password > Mailbox Location And then I receive the message ‘Unable to create Mailbox The mailbox couldn’t be created on the server’

Please advise me on how to solve this.

Those menu options aren't in Thunderbird.
