Can I attach profile & emails on my PC to new download of Thunderbird on my PC after windows re-install?

Hi my old PC crashed and I had to do a new windows install, but before that I saved all my old files, folders etc and presume Thunderbird email profiles on to it. I added the files back to the PC on same C drive once windows re-installed. Now how can I download Thunderbird and make it use the old Thunderbird email profiles on the PC at present please?
