Recovering deleted folders with subfolders (accessible in Trash.sbd)

Hello,

By my mistake, I deleted a folder with a few subfolders within it full of emails that I need. When I go to the Trash.sbd folder in Windows Explorer, I see the main deleted folder (let's call it "Work.sbd"), and within this are .msf files all with the names of the deleted subfolders. When I tried manually moving these folders into the INBOX.sbd folder, nothing happened after restarting Thunderbird.

Any advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.
