Deleted messages are not being sent to designated deleted folder, but deleted altogether I followed these steps: Server settings>Delegte message>Move to this folder>Choose a folder>Delete message>OK Close but then defaults back to choose folder and messages are still deleted altogether I'm not using G-Mail We have two computers, both using Win 10 and Thunderbird and on the other computer where settings appear to be the same this problem doesn't exist Appreciate any assistance.

Try to right-click Trash - Empty Trash before deleting messages. Is there any difference?
