When I log into PayPal and click on the link to go to the Summary page, only the page header loads - nothing else. When I click on the link to go to the Money page, that page loads. I click on Transfer so that I can move funds from PayPal to our bank, and that page loads. However, when I click on the "Transfer From" link, nothing happens. I cleared my cache and restarted my computer; the problem is still there.

PayPal works just fine in Internet Explorer, so I am assuming that this is a Firefox issue. I have not changed any of my browser settings - Has something recently changed in Firefox? This problem started 5/22/18 for me. Thank you for any help!

Paypal works find on IE and FF59.0.1 for me without issues. If you have adblockers loading on FF that can also be a problem.

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected
