The 128-bit refers the encryption strength as the 32-bit and 64-bit is the OS or Operating System whether Windows, Mac OSX or Linux.

Web browsers like Firefox used to have a U in the useragents to show it supported 128-bit encryption up till 2011. It was removed from UA as of Firefox 4.0 Release due to being a very outdated practice as Firefox supported 128-bit encryption for a very long time and Firefox even supports 256-bit encryption if the web site provides support for it.

32-bit / 64-bit has nothing to do with 128-bit encryption which Firefox has been capable of for over 10 years now.
