Can't make calls on Skype Web

On web.skype.com, I find that the call button is disabled. I can successfully make calls from Chrome, so I'm guessing it's something wrong with Firefox, and not my system.

Other than for notifications, the page hasn't requested for permissions.

Any pointers please?

Skype is a Microsoft Support issue.

Thanks. I did see that issue earlier, but I wasn't shown any error message - just the call button was disabled. I guess I'll follow the issue.
