How I can now associate protocols "tg" and "web+tg" with Mozilla and Telegram Web?

While I first time started Telegram Web (https://web.telegram.org and telegram.me) in Mozilla Firefox I was asked "Should Telegram Web (or Mozilla?) handle protokols "tg" and "web+tg" by default?" At that moment I suppose I pressed "Not and Don't ask anymore". How I can now associate that protocols with Mozilla and Telegram Web? Or how I can reset settings of MF and TW to state before first time start TW on my PC? Pleace help me! 

Now when I try to open for example https://telegram.me/joinchat/***, I receve page: tg://join?invite=***
