I have enabled an email for editing, completed the paperwork and 'saved as' to documents/letters, but cannot now find it again. Where should I look for it?

I have enabled an email for editing, completed the paperwork and 'saved as' to documents/letters, but cannot now find it again. Where should I look for it?

Wherever you saved it. Thunderbird saves drafts to it's own drafts folder. Once you go outside that to the file system you are on your own.
