My computer crashed. When the shop repaired it, they had to reinstall Thunderbird. Now I can't find how to mark incoming mail as junk, and there is no Junk folder. I want to know how to fix that problem.

Thank you for your advice. Following your suggestions, I was able to restore the junk folder. Remaining problem: how do I get back the flame indicator? Before my computer crashed, if I clicked in one of the Thunderbird columns for an incoming mail item, a flame appeared there and the item was automatically moved to the junk folder. Now, I have to highlight the item and go to "move to" and tell the program to move that item to the Junk folder. I'd like to restore that, because it was quicker.

Never mind! I found the place to click to get the "flame" thing. Thank you for your help. Problem solved.
