No need to worry, all you need to do is make sure you capture your Firefox profile when you back up your files. You can read more about how to find and backup your profile here.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder and backup this folder:

• Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory:
  Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder

Note that Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder. Location used for the main profile in "AppData\Roaming" that you can backup.

• C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files in "AppData\Local" that doesn't need to be backed up.

• C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
