Cannot Access Mozilla FTP server: Error 550

When I try to access any directory on ftp.mozilla.org I get a 550: Access Denied message. This happens with Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge. Did the permissions get messed up or is there some kind of internal error?

use http://ftp.mozilla.org/ or https://ftp.mozilla.org/

The ftp protocol on ftp.mozilla.org is turned off as of Aug 5.
