Fire Fox Continually crashes with black screen

Hi There hoping I can please get some help with my fire fox which keeps continually crashing.. i keep looking for solutions but nothing is helping.

hello, maybe that's an issue with hardware acceleration - please try updating your graphics driver. this should be the latest update for your configuration: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24695/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit

or in case this doesn't solve the issue disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).
