love Thunderbird but, after years of no problems, responses over text of incoming email is not working right. still responds about quoted material but now the response is in the text of the original email and has a blue line to the left, like the response is part of the quote, and causes first line of response to be indented. please help as this is causing significant extra effort to respond to email. thank you.

tried restarting with add-ons disabled to see if that is the issue? Help menu (alt+H) >restart with add-ons disabled
