Incoming mail has ***SPAM*** in subject

It is adding *** SPAM *** to regular email that I have been receiving for quite some time for NO good REASON example below

      • SPAM ***Vegetarian, Gluten-Free Roundup: Zucchini | Wheat-Free Meat-Free
      • SPAM ***Free Patterns for Crochet Slippers and Socks

when I go to my gmail account the same mail if FINE not in junk and does not have ***SPAM*** on it

Please stop it now or allow us to EDIT the subject so we can remove the ***SPAM*** which I can do with outlook but not here - or at least not easily apparent

Please stop it now? Really. Thunderbird is software running on your computer. Who are you addressing this to?

Besides, Thunderbird does not use the word Spam or modify subject lines. i suggest you ask your email provider about their spam filter or examine your antivirus software.

Thunderbird uses the word Junk for this exact reason and still gets blames for the Spam tag.
