Note: Resetting Mozilla VPN will sign you out of your Mozilla account, you must sign back in to continue. Your account will not be deleted.

How to reset Mozilla VPN

To reset Mozilla VPN follow these steps:

Open Mozilla VPN and sign in with your Mozilla account.
On the bottom right click or tap the Settings icon.
Select Help.
Select Reset VPN.
Click or tap Reset VPN.
Click or tap Reset and quit to confirm the reset.
A loading screen will appear while all settings and preferences are cleared.
You will be signed out of your Mozilla VPN app and redirected to the sign-in screen.
