Cannot access bank account

For well over a year, after one of the updates, I cannot access my bank account; however, Google Chrome give easy access. I'm using Firefox 97.0.1. Bottom line: after over 10 years of using Firefox to do my banking, I now have to go to another browser to do it. Is there some kind of solution? Why does Google Chrome work and Firefox does not work?

Can you show us the issue? What bank? Have you tried Firefox in Safe mode? Something maybe blocked. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
