firefox cannot display my bigpond emails, internet explorer displays them ok

Firefox displays my bigpond logged-in site then when i select my email web-page thepage is displayed but no emails. When i do the same with internet explorer the email page is displayed correctly. This problem has only occured recently. Firefox performed the task perfectly until a few days ago. Makes me wonder if automatic windows updates could have anything to do with it.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
