I go through the process up to 2FA then I get this message " Looks like there’s a problem with this site The server at outlook.live.com sent back an error: 401 Unauthorized".

I recently tried MS Edge even though I always use Firefox. I went through the login process including 2FA and got right in to my email. Can you help?

I prefer to use Firefox and have used it for years.

With Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint 150.0 after logging into Chase Bank , when trying to pay off my credit card, I get a message: "It looks like this part of our site is not working right now". However the site works perfectly with Chrome, thus the problem must be with Firefox. I have cleared the Chase cookies and still getting the same result.

Hello, I can't log in to Facebook, only through Firefox, and that's the problem. Edge and Chrome work fine. I've already deleted cookies and temporary files, and still nothing. This problem has been occurring for a while.

We recently received feedback from a few users who reported issues when submitting forms through Firefox, while the same forms appear to work normally in Chrome and Edge.

The website belongs to Avenue Billing Services, and the issue seems inconsistent. Some users can submit forms without any problems, while others experience submission failures or no response after clicking the submit button.

• Cleared browser cache and cookies

I am running Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 147. Beginning the second week of Feb, Chase bank will not allow me to log into their system. They say I have to have Windows 10 or higher and Firefox 128. I am running 147. What else can I do?

I watch TV on my computer. All channels but ITV have sound, ITV does not, it did have until a week ago. ITV has sound on onother browser, so why no sound on Mozilla

I could not get into my Fidelity Investments account today. (I signed up last week using same computer w/Firefox) I got to the login page but Fidelity gave me a "can't complete at this time, try again" notice. So I called them up and they suggested I use chrome. I don't want to use chrome. I tried reentering with the VPN off and on. No go.

X.com videos won't play on Firefox, one or two play, but most won't, they simply buffer with a white moving circle without playing. I have Adblock Plus and a couple of other adblock extensions, but even when I disable those, the X.com videos still won't play. They play fine on Safari. I have Mac Book Air 2022, OS Sequioa 15.6.1

after last update stop working .if I use ctrl v it will paste in. When i try using the mouse it doesn't have paste in the block that pops up.

I can click and paste in the condition box but not the description box.

If I use edge it works. I don't want to use edge

I just bought my boyfriend a new iMac. We are having trouble loading many sites and platforms using the latest Firefox browser. The list is growing but includes Facebook, Meetup, Wikipedia, chess.com, nytimes.com - in all cases, rather than a login screen, we get an error message or a home page loads with no access to other pages or login area. I've cleared the cache, restarted, tried going directly to the site to log in, but nothing works. Everything is fine when using Chrome, but we prefer Firefox. Is this a conflict in the new Apple OS? Is there a fix?

I have logged into TinyURL.com MANY times using Firefox. Now, I get a Cloudflare Validation Error when trying to do so (see attached screenshot/snip).

This was done in Troubleshooting mode, but is the same in standard mode, though I have no extensions enabled. I've tried turning Protection Tracking off; no luck. - We use ZoneAlarm, but the Web Secure functions are all disabled. - I have the same issue on 2 PC's, one Windows 10 and the other Windows 11, 64-bit. - I'm on FF release 150.0.2 - 64-bit, and both Windows installs are fully updated and kept that way. - I've reached out to TinyURL in hopes of resolving the issue. They suggested many of the above steps but not resolved this issue. - HOWEVER, I've found that login via Google Chrome IS seamless - no issues.

What is it with Firefox that it's having issues with the Cloudflare "Human" check? I've checked the Cloudflare site; all conditions are good, and this very setup passed the "Turnstile" check.

FF is my #1 preferred browser, so please look into this. I see that others have posted similar issues over multiple years here (but a search of support articles didn't find one . . .)

Since Firefox's previous update, I am no longer able to log into my bank account. I have done everything suggested in the help menu. I've cleared cookies, etc. What changed overnight? I can go to Chrome and long in just fine. Just not in Firefox. Any suggestions?

when trying to log into bank account it goes to a screen that says "performing security verification" when i tick box to verify you are human it goes into the spinning wheel and then continues in a loop with the verification process all over again .continuously .

I am encountering more and more websites with problems they attribute to Firefox. Many of them recommend using Chrome or Edge and some insist upon it or they will no longer support problems. Direct TV will no longer work with Firefox at all and they will not fix it. Several of my other regular websites will work partially, but have pages that simply will not work with Firefox. I have resisted using Chrome or Edge for years but it is getting harder and harder to do as on line systems continue to have problems with Firefox and their only suggestion is to use Chrome (which works when Firefox doesn't). Any ideas/suggestions?
